ROCKO - Fostered in Tyler, TX
Available once cleared by our veterinarian...
Rocko is a 7 year old neutered male Isabella fawn Doberman with cropped ears and a docked tail. Rocko was adopted from us 3 years ago to a wonderful family who loved him dearly, but they lost their buisness and home and had to give Rocko back to rescue, and it broke their hearts. Rocko is a large male, but a big baby. He is good with kids and other dogs. He is not good with cats as he chases them. Rocko being a dilute color has alopecia (thinning of his coat) and he does love to wear sweaters and clothes. He is on daily supplements to help re growth of his coat but most diluted coats will always be thin. He is good in a crate and also good left outside of the crate, he loves to sleep on the sofa. Rocko will be looking for a forever home in Texas once he has been evaluated and cleared by our veterinarian. If interested in adopting, email us at email@example.com
CHARLIE BEAR - Fostered in Austin, TX
Charlie Bear is a sweet, fun, happy boy. He’s a 3-year-old neutered male that gets along with other dogs. Charlie is high drive but is also the perfect house guest. House trained, crate trained, can be trusted to be left alone, settles quickly in the home, and just wants to be near his human. His absolute favorite thing in the world is fetching the ball and he’ll need someone who is active that can play with him daily. He's very enthusiastic about working for food and knows basic commands such as sit, down, place, stay and recall. Charlie is a smart boy and learning more every day. He gets very excited when the leash comes out, but he walks loosely on the leash. He is nervous walking in new places and has shown leash reactivity to some dogs, but he stops when you tell him to. He thrives with a confident person who provides structure and boundaries. His high drive makes him fun to work with, but he sometimes gets too excited to listen well. He is getting better every day and will need someone to continue to work with his drive. He has a high prey drive and is not good with cats, but he did well with the small dog he was fostered with.
